A big thank you
to all the volunteers who helped with this event. Without them
it would not have been possible! Thank you again to our sponsors
for providing us with the means to put on a quality event.
As a result, CVR will be able to not only support Girls on the
Run but give away its very first scholarship to a 2008
graduate!!
This year's race had an added
challenge. Anyone who could beat the OFFICIAL FOOL to the finish
line won a prize. The OFFICIAL FOOL, Nathan Richards a local
high school distance runner, started the race 2 minutes after
everyone else. 8 runners beat the fool to the finish line!
Course:
10k/6.2 miles around the Willow Grove
loop, the course is flat and fast. Race will start and
finish by the covered picnic area at Willow Grove Park
Awards:
Overall male & female and top three in age divisions
(15&U, 16-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71&O) - Also,
awards will be given for a variety of other foolish reasons:
best costume, last place, oldest runner and more!!

Online registration
(thru 3/21/08) or Day of Race registration are offered.
T-shirts
will only be guaranteed to those registered prior to MAR. 5.
A limited number of shirts will available to purchase on race
day. $10 w/o shirt, $20 w/ shirt, $2 discount for CVR members,
registration increases by $2 on race day.
