CAN YOU BEAT THE FOOL?
This will be the last year R.A.Long High School's top runner Nathan Richards will be the fool for our race.  He will get a 3 minute delayed start, anyone who beats him gets an extra bonus at the finish line. GOOD LUCK!

START TIME: Walkers at 7:45AM, runners at 8:30AM

Course:
10k/6.2 miles around the Willow Grove loop.  Race will start and finish by the covered picnic area at Willow Grove Park

Awards:
Overall male & female and top three in age divisions (15&U, 16-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71&O) - Also, awards will be given for a variety of other foolish reasons: best costume, last place, oldest runner and more!!

Registration:
***Pre-registration is $20, this includes a technical shirt to the first 200 registrants, sizes are guaranteed to those registered by March 8, 2010.
***Day of race registration is $25, this includes a technical shirt to the first 200 registrants, sizes are guaranteed to those registered by March 8, 2010.
